She left the party to read the letter again. It said he would be home soon. She sighed! The war had gone on too long. The letter fell from her hand to the garden path. Tears had started to well up when her eyes caught the date on the envelope laying there. Why, this had been mailed three months ago! It must have been delayed en route somehow! She heard footsteps from behind and turned.

"You have always been the most beautiful bloom in this garden!" smiled the tall uniformed man. She rushed to his arms and they embraced in a passionate kiss.

The gown's sheer sleeves are made from stretch nylon. The gown is lined and snaps in back. The bodice is adorned pink pearls. The sleeve cuffs and skirt are adorned with individually sewn pink pearls. The dress is hand fitted and hand hemmed. The jewelry set consists a filigree pendant necklace, and matching earrings made with pearls, pink Swarovski crystals, and gold filled chain(all metal is gold filled except pendant is gold plate).
