Gene falls asleep reading her favorite Medieval fantasy novel and becomes Lorena the Enchantress. DRAGON WINGS is the outfit she wears in her dream. DRAGON WINGS is a One-Of-A-Kind ensemble for Gene by Nancy Provoncha (aka nancyp@ham.net, nancyp@webdollz.com). This outfit includes two piece gown, lacing corset, jewelry, hat, purse, and COA. The gown is made of fuschia glissenette fully lined in white glissenette. The gown's sleeve puffs and skirt top layer are made from irridescent brocade on chiffon. The skirt's second layer is a purple and plum floral burnout patterned chiffon. The upper skirts are edged with a satin stitch. The gown top and skirt snap in back. The corset is purple moire taffeta lined in white cotton with handstitched gold grommet holes and tiny gold rope lacing. The lined coin purse is gold net over teal blue satin with gold rope ties and purple irridescent glass seed beads. The hat is a stuffed roll of fuschia lame and teal lame twine(and internal wire for shaping). All pieces are hand fitted and tailored for Gene. The jewelry set consists of a chain necklace with pendants, and matching earrings made with fuschia and cyan aurora borealis Swarovski crystals, small gold balls, purple irridescent glass seed beads, and knobbed disk beads(all metal is gold filled except disk beads). Doll is a a Simply Gene with resyled hair. SOLD.
